Group Roles — Two Ways to Assign (incl. Presenter)

Use Variant A to randomly assign roles based on how many names you enter.
Use Variant B when the teacher has already decided who takes which role — students simply click their role button to open the linked Flip Card.
Note: On the back side of each role’s Flip Card you’ll find the role’s function/description.

Variant A — Random assignment

Enter 3 to 6 names. If your group must present, enable Presentation needed? to include the optional Presenter role.

Presentation needed? Unchecked = no Presenter assigned (works like before).

Rules — No presentation: 5 names → one role each. 4 names → one person takes Time Keeper + Messenger. 3 names → additionally one person takes Moderator + Manager (third is Recorder).
Rules — Presentation needed: 6 names → one role each (incl. Presenter). 5 names → one person takes Time Keeper + Messenger (others single incl. Presenter). 4 names → two doubles (TK+Msg, Mod+Mgr) + singles (Recorder, Presenter). 3 names → three packs: TK+Msg, Mod+Mgr, Recorder+Presenter.

Variant B — Teacher preset

Teacher fills in the assigned student next to each role. Students click their role button to open the related Flip Card.
